Brita-WE Day Kenyan Water Walk

Hot, uncomfortable and my back was aching, and I was only capturing the video and interviews for this Kenyan 10km water walk. This assignment highlighted the struggles of gaining access to clean water for families in the tiny community of Irkaat, Kenya. Brita Canada employees and WE Day co-founder Marc Kielburger, as well as students from Branksome Hall, took part in the festivities which also included a massive art installation that represented Canada's annual water consumption.
